Grades 6 and up.
Each year kids in Vermont, grades 4 to 8, are encouraged to read books from a list of 30 titles. In April, kids throughout Vermont vote on their favorite title, & the book that receives the most votes is the winner of the Dorothy Canfield Fisher Book Award. Here follows the list for 2007/08. Read some or read them all. Post your thoughts here!

Odd Man Out is a really good book. It's about a boy named Kip that lives in a house with all his girl cousins. Can Kip survive the summer?
It was bad and I hated it.
Odd Man Out is a geat book, its funny and has a lot of adventure. Kip is gone to leave with his grandmother and several girl cousin. All the cousins are different, one thinks she's a dog, and they all are crazy. Their grandmother's house is going to be ruined, so they do almost anything to it, GREAT BOOK.
