The boys really like this book and it has been great sending them back to read the first 2 - The Thief and The Queen of Attolia.

I think this book is confusing, but also good. If you read it you will have to be able to follow twisting plots and be prepared for surprises.

This is a great book. Lots of intrigue, treachery, spies and poison. I enjoyed Eugenides plans to thwart the attempts on his life and the throne of Attolia. I thought it was interesting and exciting that Eugenides was hated by most, even his wife.

I haven't read this book as of yet. I have read the first two books though. I have to say, I didn't like the Queen of Attolia as much as I liked The Thief. I think his personality changed too much after he lost his hand. But I'm still excited to get and read this book.

The King of Attolia is confusing, but I think that is just because I havn't read the first two. I like how the king has more up his sleeve than most think, and a sense of humor to boot. He could do a lot more though if he didn't have the entire country watching his every move.

I really wanted to put this book down (of course I didn't because I wanted to read the all DCF books). Out of all of the DCF books this was my least favorite! It was just soooo boring and completely dull! Sorry Megan Whalen Turner please take no offense! While some people may say this book is good I completely disagree!
